Calls happen in your working hours. Everything else lives on your project page, where you can see it at any time. ## What you can expect - **A prototype before any commitment** A clickable model of one of your processes, free, after a 30-minute call. - **One fixed price** We agree the price before we build, and you pay on milestones. The scope and the warranty are in a signed agreement. - **Your own project page** You follow every step of the build on your page and its board. You see what we’re working on, what’s done, what we’ll deliver and what we need from you. We write every update in plain words. You never have to chase us for news, or decode an invoice. 2. *02 · Ownership and accountability* **We own the outcome, not just the task list.** A build is finished when it does what we said it would in your business, not when the last task is ticked. If something isn’t right, we tell you first, and we fix it. What we build is yours from day one: the code, the data and the accounts. 3. *03 · Deep in the details* **The details are where operations are won.** Processes, efficiency and money are decided in the details. Think of the exception nobody mentioned, the field that’s sometimes empty, or the step that only happens at month end. We go through each one before we build, and we hold the same standard on the parts you’ll never look at. 4. *04 · Efficiency and value* **Every dollar has to earn its place.** We choose the simplest build that does what you need, and keep its running costs low. When something isn’t worth building, we say so plainly. Whatever logic, an integration or a simple automation can do, we build without AI. So we design every build to use it sparingly, with the right model for each step. 3. *03* **The business first, then the software** We start with your business and how the work really runs, step by step. We find the real problem behind the request. Then we aim the build at the goals and numbers that make the biggest difference to you. 4. *04* **We’ll challenge the brief** Our assessment may differ from the idea you came in with, and that’s fine. We’ll show you our reasoning on your own numbers, and you decide. We aim for the best outcome for your business, not just the first request. ## The founder “I like the problems other people call impossible.” ### Csaba Madar Founder I started organising people around hard problems at fourteen, leading raids in World of Warcraft. Today, when someone tells me how their business runs, I’m already connecting the dots. I see where the work slows down, who depends on whom, and what would matter most if it ran on its own. I’ve spent fifteen years inside other people’s operations, in large enterprises, growing businesses and startups. I’ve led rescue projects, built products from scratch, set up operations and helped launch startups. Along the way I’ve been a project, program and product manager, and I’ve run operations and marketing myself. So I know what it’s like to own the process we’re about to automate. For the past few years I’ve worked as a forward-deployed engineer, building inside my clients’ businesses. My strongest tools there are product experience and AI.
