# Research, ideas and drafts for every client, every week.

A thought-leadership and SEO studio spent most of its creative time on research. We built a content pipeline that researches every client’s market, drafts the ideas and briefs, and tracks what each piece achieves, with the creatives deciding at every step.

**80 hours** saved a week

**6 stages** of production automated

**1 calendar** for every client and piece

How it works

Research, run for them An idea, drafted Chosen by creatives Written in their voice Published Climbing in search

Every week we research for each client: what competitors and thought leaders publish, and what ranks. We draft ideas and angles from it; the creatives choose which go ahead; we write the chosen pieces in the client’s voice; they’re published, and we track each one as it climbs in search, so what performs shapes the next ideas. Many pieces move at once, each at its own stage. About 80 hours a week saved.

The problem

Content is the studio’s whole business, and producing it took everyone’s time. They write thought leadership for B2B clients, and every client needs something different. Creatives spent their weeks on research: industry trends, competitors, what other experts were saying. Writers used AI, but one article at a time. Hand-offs were clumsy, worse whenever someone changed teams, and it wasn’t always clear where a piece was.

What we built

1. 01 **Each client mapped**

Their industry, competitors and the experts they’re measured against.

2. 02 **Research done automatically**

New content from competitors and thought leaders, gathered and ranked every week, with ideas and counter-arguments drafted from it.

3. 03 **Creatives decide**

They choose which ideas go ahead; AI then drafts different angles and a design brief in the client’s brand.

4. 04 **Writing in the client’s voice**

Writers work with an AI trained on each client’s voice and industry.

5. 05 **One calendar**

Every piece for every client in one place, filtered by client.

6. 06 **Results matched back**

How each piece performs, and each client’s search rankings, tied back to the pieces by keyword.

How long it took

Built in stages, alongside the studio’s live client work.

What changed

About 80 hours a week saved, the work of two people, and every piece visible from first idea to its results.
