www.streamlight.ai is run by MCS Intellect SRL, trading as Streamlight AI.

These terms apply when you use the site, talk to our agent, book a call or take up the free prototype. When you book a call or take up the free prototype, we ask you to accept them by ticking a box that names §8 (Liability) and §9 (Law and courts) separately.

The site is for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, the rights the law gives consumers where you live still apply, and nothing here takes them away.

How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the site to learn about our work and to contact us. Please don’t:

• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, the console or the agent;

• copy the site’s pages, code or data in bulk, or with automated tools, except search engines and AI assistants reading it as robots.txt allows;

• copy, re-host, frame or take apart the console or the home page’s animation, or have an automated tool or AI agent do it for you;

• use the agent to send spam, to get it to produce unlawful content, or to pretend to be someone else;

• break the law while using the site.

We may limit or block access that does any of these. We may change, pause or take down any part of the site at any time.

• The console is a working sample. The businesses, people, figures and messages in it are made up to show how a system runs; any resemblance to a real business or person is unintended.

• The calculator gives an estimate from the figures you enter and the assumptions it shows. It isn’t a quote or a promise of results.

• The agent is an AI system. Its replies can be wrong or incomplete, and they aren’t professional, legal, tax or financial advice. It can’t agree a price, a scope or a contract on our behalf; only a written agreement signed by us does that.

Prices on the site are in US dollars and show where our prices start, for example builds from $5,000 and care from $600 a month. They are information, not an offer you can accept. A price binds us only when it’s in a proposal or agreement we’ve signed.

Prices don’t include VAT or other taxes, which are added where the law requires.

What it is. A clickable model of one process in your business, built after a 30-minute call. It isn’t connected to your accounts and reaches no one outside your business.

What it costs you. Nothing. You give us time (about an hour over a week) and three to five real examples, which you may anonymise. Taking it up doesn’t oblige you to buy anything.

What you keep. The brief, the process map and the proposal are yours to keep and use as you like, whether or not you work with us.

The prototype itself. The clickable prototype stays ours. It stays open on your project page for 30 days after we send the proposal, and you can add the people who decide with you, each signing in with their own email. If you go ahead within those 30 days, the build starts from the prototype, and what we build becomes yours under the build’s agreement. The prototype is free either way. After 30 days it closes; ask us and we’ll reopen it if we can.

What we keep. The prototype, and our tools, components, methods and know-how, including those used to make it, stay ours. We won’t show your prototype, your examples or your figures to anyone else without your written permission.

Your examples and access. Only the people working on your prototype see them. You can delete them at any time; we delete them when we’re done unless you ask us to keep them. Access to your tools is by invitation as a read-only user, never by password, and you can remove it at any time.

When we decline. We may decline to make a prototype, for example when we can’t see a process worth building, and we’ll tell you why.

Each build, care plan or other paid piece of work has its own written agreement: the scope, one fixed price agreed before we build, the milestones it’s paid on, who owns what, and the warranty. That agreement governs the work. Where it and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Ours. The site’s text, design, images, code, the console and the agent belong to MCS Intellect SRL or to those who licensed them to us. You may view them, and quote short passages with a link to the page. Copying, adapting or reusing more needs our written permission. Streamlight AI and the Streamlight logo are ours too.

Yours. What you send us (messages, answers, examples, files) stays yours. You allow us to use it only to answer you, prepare and hold the call, and make your prototype. Send us only what you’re entitled to share.

Ideas. If you suggest an improvement to the site or our services, we may use the idea freely, without owing you anything for it.

Other sites. Links to other sites are for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

The site, the console, the calculator, the agent and the free prototype are provided free of charge and as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don’t promise they are error-free or always on.

As far as the law allows:

• we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or the free prototype;

• our total liability for anything arising from the site or the free prototype is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and it applies from the day it’s published. The version you accepted when you took up a free prototype applies to that prototype.

Law and courts. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Harghita County, Romania. If you’re a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory rules of your country still protect you.

If part is invalid. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
